Monte Vista has a downtown area that is relatively small and compact and there are no hills which makes the City a wonderful place for running errands on your bike except that bike racks for locking your bike are limited. City residents Laura Conchelos and Jenny Nehring brought the bike rack need to the attention of the OptiMystics who picked up the project and turned it into a cool community art project. Save some gas, reduce pollution, get some fresh air and exercise, and get front row parking everywhere you go when you bike around Monte Vista.
To all citizens we know how the 2022 dog tags, please make sure that you stop by City Hall and register your dog (s). Tags are only $7 and this will help provide information if your dog ever becomes lost.
