The Monte Vista Kids Connection is an out-of-school time program for youth ages 5 - 18.  We are a licensed child care facility that operates year-round programs.  Whether it is our afterschool program, Friday program or our summer program, Kids Connection is a safe place for the youth of the SLV!  Visit the organization's Facebook page for more information.

It is our goal as the staff of the Monte Vista Kids Connection to give your child and extraordinary experience that allows our child to flourish with independence and creativity.

Our mission is to provide a safe place for the youth of the San Luis Valley, where every young person receives a chance, especially those that need us most, to be inspired to reach their full potential and to be cared for unconditionally.
 

Cost
 

All Rio Grande County households that earn less than $75000 annually are eligible for free childcare.  If your household is over the annual threshold, we offer a reduced childcare fee of $20 per child per week.  Payments are accepted at Monte Vista City Hall or online.
