If you have opted to admit guilt or liability and pay your traffic citation, you will need one of the following forms in order to have your case closed.
Read your citation carefully! The type of citation you were given determines which form will need to be submitted to the court along with your payment.
If your citation has been marked with a TRAFFIC INFRACTION;
you will need this form: Waiver of Rights
If your citation has been marked with a TRAFFIC OFFENSE;
you will need this form: Advisement Of Rights
The correct form must be completed, signed, and submitted to the Deputy Clerk, either in person, by email, mail, or fax.
Once this form has been received, all penalty assessment tickets may be paid in one of three ways: they may be paid in person at City Hall with cash, check, or card, paid by phone (719-852-2692), or payments may also be mailed to the following address:

Please also reference your ticket number on your check. The ticket number is located in the upper right-hand corner of your citation.
Court starts at 1:30pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise posted.
