Regular meetings of the Monte Vista City Council are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month AT 6PM in the City Council Chambers located at 95 West 1st Ave. 
Meetings will now be conducted in a hybrid format, with a Zoom webinar in addition to the in person meeting in Council Chambers.
If you choose to Join the online meeting using the link in this agenda, log in on an internet-enabled smartphone, laptop or computer with a speaker and microphone. Using earphones with a microphone will greatly improve audio experience.  
During the citizen comment section of the agenda you will be recognized to speak during public participation portions of the meeting, click the 'Raise Hand' button. 
The Mayor will acknowledge you and you will be invited into the meeting and will be given three minutes to make public comment.

Links are located on the Agenda for each Council meeting.  Agenda's are posted on the Monday prior to the Council meeting.
